We offer a comprehensive range of HV testing and commissioning services, from factory and site acceptance testing through to final functional verification and energisation support. All work is delivered using structured procedures, tailored to the demands of modern power infrastructure.

KLEY Consulting takes a safety-first approach, ensuring all HV work is conducted on de-energised systems, under formal permit-to-test controls. Our process includes site-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), detailed checklists, and comprehensive test reports, facilitating a seamless and compliant handover to operations.

All testing is performed using our own in-house equipment, ensuring reliability and enabling rapid mobilisation and responsive service. Our test fleet includes industry recognised brands such as Megger, Metrel, AEMC, B2 Electronics, and Red Phase Instruments.

We support clients in demonstrating that their HV assets: 

• Meet design and performance expectations
• Are ready and safe to energise
• Comply with relevant Tasmanian codes and regulatory frameworks

Where required, we also prepare Certificates of Completion (CoC) and commissioning documentation aligned with the Occupational Licensing (High Voltage Electrical Work – Certification and Energisation) Code of Practice 2021, supporting project-level compliance and verification.
